All bookings are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
As an eco-resort, we require all guests to adhere to our sustainability guidelines, including respectful interaction with local wildlife, adherence to designated trail paths, and compliance with our zero-waste initiatives.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
neojoyfactry.sbs is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during your stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Guests participate in nature walks, spa treatments, and other activities at their own risk.
